The notice at the foot of every page is the disclaimer for this site. In plain words:
What it means
This site helps homeowners reach local service contractors, and callers pay this site nothing. All contractors are independent, and this site does not warrant any work they perform. You are responsible for verifying that the contractor has the license and insurance the work needs. People shown in photographs are actors or models, not contractors listed here.
Before you hire, ask for the Johnson County license number and proof of insurance, and check them yourself. Your city may have its own requirements.
Information on this site is general. It does not take the place of a contractor's assessment of your door.
More: referral disclosure, terms of use.
Ready to talk to a contractor?
Your call goes to an independent contractor who works in this area. Say what the door is doing, ask what the price covers, and ask for license details before you agree to anything.
